Our work sits at the intersection of data, stories and futures. We help leaders and communities navigate complexity, communicate effectively and act with courage.
Below are some examples of what this looks like in practice. Each project shows how weaving evidence, imagination and collaboration creates futures that are bold, human and impactful.
Building a global vaccine investment strategy
Weave team members led a participatory co-design process with 40+ stakeholders from 20+ organisations, including governments, funders, and implementing partners. Through multi-language workshops and foresight-driven analysis, we integrated evidence, scenario planning, and stakeholder perspectives to build alignment around shared priorities.
Designing practical tools for inclusive health systems
In partnership with Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Weave team members co-developed the Designing for Impact at Scale toolkit and piloted it through a grantee workshop in Lisbon. The toolkit provided practical systems change and participatory methods for embedding women’s perspectives in health system transformation.
Elevating women’s leadership globally
Weave team members designed and facilitated the Foundation’s first in-person Women in Leadership convening, bringing together 100+ leaders for a 2.5-day program. Blending dialogue, storytelling, co-design, and community-building, the convening created a trusted space for authentic exchange and collective visioning.
Catalysing collective action for health equity
Weave team members designed and co-facilitated an interactive gathering of 150 leaders, funders, and practitioners. Through storytelling, segmentation exercises, and futuring activities, women’s lived experiences were placed at the centre of collaborative problem-solving and visioning.
